Conventional-to-Auction Listings
- Property is first marketed conventionally through MLS® and standard real estate platforms
- Typical marketing period: 30 to 120 days
- Auction dates are disclosed in advance
- If no acceptable offer is achieved, the property transitions to auction
Straight Auction Listings
- Property is marketed directly to auction

- Three-minute bid extensions for fair competition
